No. Our official policy is that if you have a problem with our product, please call us and we will work with you to find the solution.
We try to keep turn around time down to two weeks or less. Sometimes it just isn't possible. All work is done on a first come, first served basis. If it is an emergency, we will try to work you in.

Yes, reconditioning includes a new packing, a new screen and gasket, and on automatic ones new diaphragms and plunger seal.
We will paint your magneto upon request only. Our current standard practice is to provide a clean unpainted magneto. However, we do clean and paint the cap(s) with black paint.
We will paint your carburetor upon request only. Our current standard practice is to provide a clean unpainted carburetor with a rust preventative coating.
Yes, we have an Allen test machine and check lag angle, spark, snap and so forth.
Yes, we install them on a tractor for a run and driveability test and a leak test.
Yes, we use the US Postal Flat Rate Priority system and fill out the customs form.
We are served by all the major shippers (UPS; DHL: FEDEX; etc.) Currently, our preference is the United States Post Office Flat Rate Priority.
