Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.

If your item that you ship to us is damaged in transit, we will indicate DAMAGED to the shipper. We will also contact you for guidance.

If your order that we ship to you is damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to indicate DAMAGED to the shipper. The shipper will instruct you how to proceed.

Unclaimed items that you send to us for reconditioning are assessed an accrual fee of one dollar ($1.00) per day commencing on the 30th day from invoice date. If the accrual fee reaches the amount of the invoice, you forfeit any claim to the item.
