While we specialize in cleaning those plugged circuit passages on John Deere single and two-barrel carburetors, (and others) we also do casting repairs such as stem thread replacement on both single and two-barrel carburetors.
Our labor charge to recondition a carburetor, magneto or distributor is a set rate, (varies by model) plus whatever parts are required; applicable taxes; and return shipping to you. Casting repairs are charged accordingly. We use genuine WICO parts for magnetos.
Our reconditioning includes glass bead cleaning, proper size restoring of circuit passages, needle-seat test, and float level test, or test stand for magnetos. Magneto coils, caps and such are inspected and tested. If good, they are put back to work.
We eMail or call with total when the job is near complete. Shipping is USPS Priority Flat Rate plus insurance. Turn around time is quick. Missing serial number on tractor is not a problem as we have other ways of identifying the components. Technical advice is available during normal business hours. |
